Copy of our Contract for parents
This document should be read in conjunction with the prospectus, which gives fuller information about the running arrangements of the nursery. However, to clarify the obligations of parents / guardians, they are also asked to sign this contract.
Requirements for parents / guardians
On beginning in the nursery, the value of one months fees must be paid as a deposit. This will be refunded when the child leaves the nursery, provided there are no arrears. In addition, fees are paid half-termly, monthly or weekly in advance.
If a child is ill, the first two weeks fees still have to be paid in full.
If fees are one month overdue, the nursery will reserve the right to add interest at the rate of 2% per month to the amount owing.
Full fees are payable when the child is withdrawn during term time for a holiday or day off.
Half a terms notice is to be given in writing that a child will be leaving the nursery. (Half a terms fees will be charged anyway from the date of giving notice.)
If you have not contacted us and your child is away for more than 10 pre-school days, we will be at liberty to offer these sessions to another child. (Therefore please keep us informed of holidays, etc.)
The nursery must be informed straightaway about any changes at home over who is responsible for the child, or any other information that was included on the application form.
I have agreed & accept all the policies within the parents information file & the prospectus.
